Tenants enrolled in our Legacy Plus Package who have rented with Legacy Homes for 12 months or more in good standing may qualify for closing cost assistance when purchasing a home built by Legacy Homes. This program is our way of rewarding responsible tenancy and helping make the transition from renting to homeownership more attainable.
